Kate loves connecting people with places whether with their new mountain home, blank slate piece of land, weekend getaway or next investment property. She will happily guide you through the real estate adventure with integrity and a smile. Kate thrives in a fast pace environment and will teach you the ins & outs along the way whether it’s your first home, last home, or somewhere in between. Kate and her husband live off-grid just outside of Leadville. She can be found working on house projects, volunteering in town at the farm garden or food pantry, biking year-round, nordic skiing, or hiking ridge lines with their golden retriever, Scout.
