I am a long-time Leadville Realtor and investor. I own numerous historic residential rental properties in Leadville. I also own a few multi-family buildings. I am very familiar with what is involved with owning a primary or second home here. One of my top tips: “Don’t let the mudsill foundations scare you away from buying a house with one.” My background is in advertising and marketing. I owned a promotion agency in Minneapolis for 15 years. Before that, I sourced the in-package promotional toys for General Mills, “the toys in the box”. I started in real estate fix and flips in the 1990’s and went from there, evolving into a nice rental business. My specialty has always been in Victorian-era houses, in Minnesota, Wisconsin as well as Colorado. In my free time, I enjoy skiing, cycling, hiking and traveling. One of my goals is to climb every high point you can see from town, there are roughly 160. I’m just over halfway there. Skiing is what brought me to the area and I am fortunate to be able to do a lot of it. Leadville is a fantastic place to be for all outdoor activities.
