Tracy Pine Purdy

About

Tracy brings insight and a wealth of knowledge to the business. With a PR degree with a focus in Marketing from Texas Tech University and experience managing a four-star property in Vail, she is the team’s lead creative consultant and leasing assistant. Tracy is passionate about helping clients market and sell their properties. She utilizes an array of technologies and a customized approach to each property to build diverse and successful marketing campaigns. For Tracy, real estate is much more than a transaction. When she isn’t helping clients manage and sell their homes, she can be found cooking meals for friends and family. Both food and houses bring families together and Tracy is honored to be a part of a team that helps families find a place to call home. Tracy is currently the President of the Leadville/Lake County Chamber of Commerce board, having joined in September 2016 as well as serving on the Leadville/Lake County Economic Development Corporation. Tracy has been involved in several volunteer programs in Lake County over the past 10 years.
